本書以生成語法理論為框架，探討非賓格動詞、心理動詞和三種使動結(jié)構(gòu)的語義和句法特征。
趙楊，男，1995年北京大學文學碩士畢業(yè)后留校任教；2000年赴英國劍橋大學留學，獲語言學博士學位。現(xiàn)任教于北京大學對外漢語教育學院。語言教學經(jīng)驗豐富，曾多次獲獎“教學優(yōu)秀獎”。主要研究興趣為第二語言習得、生成語法、社會語言學等。已在國內(nèi)外學術刑物上發(fā)表了《第二語言習得和普遍語法》、《社會語言學》、《Resumptive Pronouns in English-Chinese and Arabic-Chinese Interlanguages》等論文數(shù)篇。
