《中華人民共和國(guó)國(guó)家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局公報(bào)》是由國(guó)家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局辦公室編輯出版的面向國(guó)內(nèi)外公開(kāi)發(fā)行的政府出版物。主要刊載內(nèi)容為：全國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)及其常務(wù)委員會(huì)通過(guò)的涉及知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的法律；國(guó)務(wù)院發(fā)布的涉及知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的法規(guī)和法規(guī)性文件；國(guó)家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局發(fā)布的規(guī)章、公告、重要文件、統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)以及其他需要公告的事項(xiàng)。其上刊登的國(guó)家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局規(guī)章、規(guī)范性文件為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文本。本冊(cè)為2013年公報(bào)合訂英文版。

國(guó)家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局辦公室,組織匯編國(guó)家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局是國(guó)務(wù)院主管專(zhuān)利工作和統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)涉外知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)事宜的直屬機(jī)構(gòu)。負(fù)責(zé)組織協(xié)調(diào)全國(guó)保護(hù)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)工作，推動(dòng)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)工作體系建設(shè)。會(huì)同有關(guān)部門(mén)建立知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)執(zhí)法協(xié)作機(jī)制，開(kāi)展相關(guān)的行政執(zhí)法工作。開(kāi)展知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)的宣傳工作。會(huì)同有關(guān)部門(mén)組織實(shí)施國(guó)家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略綱要。
