電力系統(tǒng)同步相量測量技術(shù)及應(yīng)用
近年來,電力系統(tǒng)廣域測量技術(shù)在國內(nèi)外得到迅速發(fā)展,它是電力調(diào)度自動化領(lǐng)域繼數(shù)據(jù)采集和控制系統(tǒng)與能量管理系統(tǒng)之后的又一重大技術(shù)進(jìn)展。WAMS技術(shù)可以在同一時間參考軸下獲得大量電力系統(tǒng)實時動態(tài)數(shù)據(jù),補(bǔ)充原來SCADA或EMS系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù),為電力系統(tǒng)安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行和控制提供了一條嶄新的途徑和方法。 本書首先介紹了電力系統(tǒng)PMU及WAMS技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)理論,其次分別介紹了電網(wǎng)模型參數(shù)辯識、電網(wǎng)動態(tài)監(jiān)視、電網(wǎng)動態(tài)安全評估、系統(tǒng)在線控制、.PMU及WAMS系統(tǒng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、PMU及WAMS技術(shù)在電力系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用。
電力系統(tǒng)、同步相量測量、廣域測量系統(tǒng)
電力系統(tǒng)同步相量測量技術(shù),基于同步相量測量裝置(PMU)的數(shù)據(jù)采集,通過廣域相量測量系統(tǒng)(WAMS)對電網(wǎng)實施運(yùn)行監(jiān)測與控制,補(bǔ)充了電力調(diào)度自動化數(shù)據(jù)采集和控制(SCADA)系統(tǒng)和能量管理系統(tǒng)(EMS)應(yīng)用的數(shù)據(jù)類型(實時動態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)),實現(xiàn)了對大規(guī)模電力系統(tǒng)的精確控制,提高調(diào)度中心監(jiān)視電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的能力,提高了電網(wǎng)的運(yùn)行可靠性;解決了同步相量測量裝置的研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、規(guī)劃布點(diǎn)與優(yōu)化等技術(shù)問題,接入WAMS,使得WAMS對電網(wǎng)實施精確控制成為可能;近年來,在國內(nèi)外得到迅速的發(fā)展,成為大電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行監(jiān)視的重要支撐技術(shù)。WAMS 系統(tǒng)由于采用同步相量測量裝置(PMU)的數(shù)據(jù),實現(xiàn)了廣域同步、快速采樣的數(shù)據(jù)更真實地反映了實時運(yùn)行的電力系統(tǒng),為電力系統(tǒng)安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行監(jiān)測和控制提供了新的決策依據(jù),被廣泛應(yīng)用于解決電網(wǎng)低頻振蕩在線分析、識別振蕩源、識別振蕩助推源等的應(yīng)用場合,是電力系統(tǒng)自動化解決電網(wǎng)穩(wěn)定問題新的前沿技術(shù)之一。目前我國電力調(diào)度系統(tǒng)中,省局以上調(diào)度中心均建設(shè)了WAMS 主站系統(tǒng),大部分220kV以上電壓等級的變電站和電廠都安裝了PMU裝置,積累了大量的實踐數(shù)據(jù)和經(jīng)驗,WAMS和PMU技術(shù)還在不斷的發(fā)展中,未來WAMS系統(tǒng)將與調(diào)度主站系統(tǒng)、故障信息系統(tǒng)融合,成為全面監(jiān)視電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)及數(shù)據(jù)的工具!峨娏ο到y(tǒng)同步相量測量技術(shù)及應(yīng)用》系統(tǒng)地論述了PMU技術(shù)、WAMS技術(shù)、電網(wǎng)實時監(jiān)測技術(shù)及相關(guān)典型的工程應(yīng)用。第1章 緒論,描述了同步相量測量技術(shù)發(fā)展歷程及現(xiàn)狀,支撐同步相量測量技術(shù)的時間同步技術(shù),及全書各章的內(nèi)容。第2章 相量測量技術(shù),論述了相量表示、測量算法及提高測量精度的方法。第3章 廣域相量測量系統(tǒng)子站,論述了子站系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)、設(shè)備、功能、布點(diǎn)優(yōu)化與工程實施。第4章 廣域相量測量主站,論述主站系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)、前置通信、時間序列數(shù)據(jù)庫、及各類應(yīng)用功能。第5章 廣域相量測量系統(tǒng)通信協(xié)議,論述了主站與子站之間、子站與站內(nèi)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的通信方式、通信規(guī)約。第6章 電網(wǎng)模型參數(shù)辨識,論述了基于WAMS的電網(wǎng)建模,及輸電線、發(fā)電機(jī)、變壓器、負(fù)荷的參數(shù)模型辨識方法。第7章 電網(wǎng)動態(tài)安全評估,論述了電網(wǎng)電壓穩(wěn)定、功角穩(wěn)定、及動態(tài)安全綜合評估方法。第8章 廣域相量測量系統(tǒng)實時監(jiān)測與分析,論述了低頻振蕩監(jiān)視、在線擾動識別、混合狀態(tài)估計等方法,及同步相量測量裝置在風(fēng)電場監(jiān)控、配網(wǎng)故障識別中的應(yīng)用。第9章 廣域后備保護(hù)與在線控制,論述了基于PMU的廣域后備保護(hù)系統(tǒng)、廣域阻尼控制、直流協(xié)調(diào)阻尼控制、暫態(tài)穩(wěn)定預(yù)測與控制、風(fēng)電場功率控制、及技術(shù)展望。第十章 一致性測試與驗證 ,論述了WAMS主站功能測試、子站功能測試、通信協(xié)議一致性測試技術(shù),并介紹了同步相量測量技術(shù)專用的PMU測試儀。為方便熱愛同步相量測量技術(shù)的人員了解技術(shù)的國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,出版社組織編寫和出版該專著,該書編寫人員都是WAMS和PMU技術(shù)的國內(nèi)該領(lǐng)域的專家,有扎實的理論基礎(chǔ)和豐富的實踐經(jīng)驗,同時也是該技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的主要起草人,與國內(nèi)外同行保持著廣泛的技術(shù)交流與合作。該書內(nèi)容完整,條理清楚,技術(shù)全面;兼具理論參考價值與工程實踐價值,即可作為電力系統(tǒng)自動化專業(yè)高校師生的參考書,也可為電力系統(tǒng)自動化專業(yè)的科研人員、技術(shù)管理人員、規(guī)劃設(shè)計人員、運(yùn)維人員、檢測人員提供參考。編者對關(guān)注本書出版的國網(wǎng)電力科學(xué)研究院原副總工程師、全國電力系統(tǒng)管理及其信息交換標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(SAC/TC 82)原主任委員劉國定先生和中國電力科學(xué)研究院廠站自動化及遠(yuǎn)動室原主任、SAC/TC82委員、中國電機(jī)工程學(xué)會電力系統(tǒng)自動化專業(yè)委員會遠(yuǎn)動及廠站自動化專業(yè)副主任陸天健先生表示感謝!最后,歡迎讀者對本書的疏漏之處給予批評指正!編 者
