潘彥，上海杉達學院金融系副教授，負責主持2013年國際結算上海市全英文示范課程建設工作；負責2016年金融學（財富管理方向）中本貫通項目，出版專著“證券公司風險管理）），榮獲2018年上海市教學成果二等獎；負責2018年上海市政府專項《互聯(lián)網金融大數據綜合實驗室（一期）》）項目建設。
