《痕量金屬的環(huán)境行為:區(qū)域與城市污染(英文版)》是“十三五”國家重點(diǎn)圖書出版規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目“能源與環(huán)境出版工程”之一,是作者在痕量金屬污染領(lǐng)域多年研究成果的積累,選取主要與背景因素有關(guān)的區(qū)域性痕量金屬污染案例和主要由人類活動(dòng)引起的城市痕量金屬污染案例為對(duì)象,從地球化學(xué)角度對(duì)其污染的成因過程、制約因素、演化趨勢(shì)和污染物行為特征進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析論證,以探索和歸納痕量金屬污染行為的一般性規(guī)律。

能源是經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)也是影響經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的主要因素。為了滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要,進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,短短10余年間(2002-2017年),全世界一次能源總消費(fèi)從96億噸油當(dāng)量增加到135億噸油當(dāng)量,能源資源供需矛盾和生態(tài)環(huán)境惡化問題日益突顯,世界能源版圖也發(fā)生了重大變化。
在此期間,改革開放政策的實(shí)施極大地解放了我國的社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力,我國國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值從10萬億元人民幣猛增到82萬億元人民幣,一躍成為僅次于美國的世界第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體,經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展取得了舉世矚目的成績(jī)!
為了支持經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的高速發(fā)展,我國能源生產(chǎn)和消費(fèi)也有驚人的進(jìn)步和變化,此期間全世界一次能源的消費(fèi)增量38.3億噸油當(dāng)量中竟有51.3%發(fā)生在中國!經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展面臨著能源供應(yīng)和環(huán)境保護(hù)的雙重巨大壓力。
目前,為了人類社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,世界能源發(fā)展已進(jìn)入新一輪戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整期,發(fā)達(dá)國家和新興國家紛紛制定能源發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)在于:提高化石能源開采和利用率;大力開發(fā)可再生能源;最大限度地減少有害物質(zhì)和溫室氣體排放,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)能源生產(chǎn)和消費(fèi)的高效、低碳、清潔發(fā)展。對(duì)高速發(fā)展中的我國而言,能源問題的求解直接關(guān)系到現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)進(jìn)程,能源已成為中國可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵!因此,我們更有必要以加快轉(zhuǎn)變能源發(fā)展方式為主線,以增強(qiáng)自主創(chuàng)新能力為著力點(diǎn),深化能源體制改革、完善能源市場(chǎng)、加強(qiáng)能源科技的研發(fā),努力建設(shè)綠色、低碳、高效、安全的能源大系統(tǒng)。
在國家重視和政策激勵(lì)之下,我國能源領(lǐng)域的新概念、新技術(shù)、新成果不斷涌現(xiàn);上海交通大學(xué)出版社出版的江澤民學(xué)長(zhǎng)的著作《中國能源問題研究》(2008年)更是從戰(zhàn)略的高度為我國指出了能源可持續(xù)的健康發(fā)展之路。為了“對(duì)接國家能源可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,構(gòu)建適應(yīng)世界能源科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的能源科研交流平臺(tái)”,我們策劃、組織編寫了這套“能源與環(huán)境出版工程”叢書,其目的在于:
一是系統(tǒng)總結(jié)幾十年來機(jī)械動(dòng)力中能源利用和環(huán)境保護(hù)的新技術(shù)和新成果;
二是引進(jìn)、翻譯一些關(guān)于“能源與環(huán)境”研究領(lǐng)域前沿的書籍,為我國能源與環(huán)境領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)攻關(guān)提供智力參考;
三是優(yōu)化能源與環(huán)境專業(yè)教材,為高水平技術(shù)人員的培養(yǎng)提供一套系統(tǒng)、全面的教科書或教學(xué)參考書,滿足人才培養(yǎng)對(duì)教材的迫切需求;
四是構(gòu)建一個(gè)適應(yīng)世界能源科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的能源科研交流平臺(tái)。
該學(xué)術(shù)叢書以能源和環(huán)境的關(guān)系為主線,重點(diǎn)圍繞機(jī)械過程中的能源轉(zhuǎn)換和利用過程以及這些過程中產(chǎn)生的環(huán)境污染治理問題,主要涵蓋能源與動(dòng)力、生物質(zhì)能、燃料電池、太陽能、風(fēng)能、智能電網(wǎng)、能源材料、能源經(jīng)濟(jì)、大氣污染與氣候變化等專業(yè)方向,匯集能源與環(huán)境領(lǐng)域的關(guān)鍵性技術(shù)和成果,注重理論與實(shí)踐的結(jié)合,注重經(jīng)典性與前瞻性的結(jié)合。圖書分為譯著、專著、教材和工具書等幾個(gè)模塊,其內(nèi)容包括能源與環(huán)境領(lǐng)域的專家最先進(jìn)的理論方法和技術(shù)成果,也包括能源與環(huán)境工程一線的理論和實(shí)踐。如忻建華、鐘芳源撰寫的《燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)》是經(jīng)典性與前瞻性相統(tǒng)一的工程力作;黃震等撰寫的《機(jī)動(dòng)車可吸入顆粒物排放與城市大氣污染》和王如竹等撰寫的《綠色建筑能源系統(tǒng)》是依托國家重大科研項(xiàng)目的新成果和新技術(shù)。
為確保這套“能源與環(huán)境出版工程”叢書具有高品質(zhì)和重大的社會(huì)價(jià)值,出版社邀請(qǐng)了杜祥琬院士、黃震教授、王如竹教授等專家,組建了學(xué)術(shù)指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)和編委會(huì),并召開了多次編撰研討會(huì),商談叢書框架,精選書目,落實(shí)作者。
