包括四個項目的內容:項目一驅動電機拆裝與檢測,介紹驅動電機結構認知、動力總成更換、驅動電機檢測,使學生具備驅動電機拆裝與檢測相關知識和技能;項目二電機控制器拆裝與檢測,介紹電機控制器更換、電機控制器檢測,使學生具備電機控制器拆裝與檢測相關知識和技能;項目三減速器總成拆裝與檢測,介紹減速器總成更換、P擋駐車系統(tǒng)拆裝與檢測,使學生具備減速器總成拆裝與檢測相關知識和技能;項目四驅動電機冷卻系統(tǒng)拆裝與檢測,介紹驅動電機冷卻系統(tǒng)認知、驅動電機冷卻系統(tǒng)檢測,使學生具備驅動電機冷卻系統(tǒng)拆裝與檢測相關知識和技能。形成了一套完整的新能源汽車驅動電機知識體系框架,所有章節(jié)均采用情境教學,有助于學生理解理論、學會應用,真正突出高職高專的辦學宗旨與特色,結合實際案例進行分析,對系統(tǒng)的理論知識進行應用,以體現(xiàn)教材知識點的價值和意義。
成林, 2005年至今一直從事汽車技術、汽車底盤電控技術理論及應用方面的研究,目前主要研究領域是汽車分布式驅動。長期從事汽車專業(yè)一線教學工作。
