李秀娟博士是中歐國(guó)際工商學(xué)院米其林領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力與人力資源管理教席教授。研究領(lǐng)域包括領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、企業(yè)文化、家族企業(yè)傳承、跨文化管理。其研究著述在國(guó)內(nèi)外期刊發(fā)表,曾擔(dān)任《亞太管理學(xué)雜志》的副主編。國(guó)內(nèi)外重要媒體如《金融時(shí)報(bào)》《華爾街日?qǐng)?bào)》《福布斯》《經(jīng)濟(jì)觀察報(bào)》等也多次報(bào)道她的研究成果。她撰寫(xiě)的案例曾獲得“中國(guó)工商管理國(guó)際最佳案例獎(jiǎng)”一等獎(jiǎng),歐洲管理發(fā)展基金會(huì)案例寫(xiě)作大賽“商界女性”最佳獎(jiǎng)和上海 MBA 案例教學(xué)大賽一等獎(jiǎng)。她也曾獲得多個(gè)優(yōu)秀教學(xué)獎(jiǎng)和杰出領(lǐng)袖服務(wù)獎(jiǎng)。
